- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department ensuring high-quality meal service
- Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
- Ensure compliance with nutritional guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory and manage food supply orders
- Support a welcoming dining experience for residents while respecting individual preferences
- A Dietary Supervisor with previous supervisory experience in food service (healthcare setting preferred)
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to food service in healthcare
- Serv Safe certification required
- Compassionate, caring, and focused on providing excellent resident service
- A team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to improving the lives of others
