Cashier Casino Services II- Part Time; Caesars Atlantic

Responsibilities

• Supervise:
  Supervisor Cashier Casino/Shift Manager Dual Rate; oversee assigned window operations and staff as described in the job description.
• Provide superior customer service with a warm greeting, anticipate needs, resolve service breakdowns, and promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
• Operate the assigned window including currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, redemption of chips, gaming vouchers, coupons and comps; verify funds at the beginning and end of each shift; ensure accountability of all transactions through documentation of exchanges.
• Issue and redeem counter checks; operate the bank (Main, Chip and Check) as assigned; perform cash advance and check cashing transactions.
• Perform customer deposit transactions; fulfill the function of a Pit Clerk and/or Line Facilitator as assigned.
• Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering procedures; promote positive interaction with Caesars guests and employees at all times.
• Provide a fun-filled, entertaining environment through flawless delivery and execution of service; participate in the supervision, operation and/or support of Caesars multi-casino Bad Beat system.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skills.

$17.00 - $19.00 PER HOUR
