Overview

Under the direction of the Entertainment Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for greeting all guests for any events.

• Continually exceed guest expectations for service and satisfaction in all areas of the event experience
• Have a thorough knowledge of all seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and all other pertinent areas within HRL
• Greet guests and scan tickets and / or escort guests to their proper assigned seats
• Acknowledges all mentality guest related issues and reports them to Supervisor

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Employee must stand during entire shift
• Occasionally must walk on stairs

• High school diploma or GED preferred along with 1 year of customer service experience.
