The Plastic Surgery Center, the flagship practice within the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving multi-specialty private practice in New Jersey.
This opportunity places you at the Jersey Shore, working alongside nationally recognized plastic and reconstructive surgeons in a high-volume, referral-based private practice with an on-site, state-of-the-art medical spa offering a full range of aesthetic services and technologies.
Whether you're completing your dermatology residency or are an experienced physician seeking a new opportunity, this position offers the autonomy and support to build the practice you envision, within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology

• Strong interest or experience in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs surgery

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• Eager to grow a successful dermatology practice in a well-supported, collegial environment
Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed Base salary starting at $300 - $500k, with performance incentives with final offer based on qualifications, experience, and location
