Reporting to the General Manager, North America, the successful candidate will be assigned several key partner accounts and jurisdictions, responsible for establishing lasting relationships that translate into increased revenues generated through our iGaming product offerings.

The Senior Partnership Success Manager will be responsible for increasing Aristocrat awager market access and business revenues. This individual will be proactive, persistent, and creative in engaging with partners. The role is key in researching market analysis, game performance, and providing updates to the leadership team. The team member will be involved in developing operator marketing plans, providing game roadmaps, business matters, technical projects, new product concepts, marketing, and delivery via proprietary means.

The candidate will cultivate new business engagement with our industry-wide network, targeting the biggest names in online gaming where gaming is legal.

The role will include the full lifecycle of live land‑based and other live streamed content management. Account management includes managing day‑to‑day activities of partners and cultivating new opportunities. Sales skills needed include speaking in public, presenting on products, managing legal contracts, and sales closing activities. The candidate will cultivate the relationship with the partner across the Aristocrat awager live product business.

• Market analysis, research and communicate findings to key partners
• Report game performance and share competitive insights
• Convey tech and game roadmaps to partners and operators prioritizing delivery
• Work with operators/ partners to develop a marketing plan for content and provide feedback on performance
• Continually optimize Aristocrat awager commercial, promotional, and on‑site content proposition for Aristocrat’s customers against relevant benchmarks
• Identify and develop business opportunities with Aristocrat’s customers by upselling and cross‑selling products, features, content, marketing, promotional, and new market opportunities
• Provide ongoing Account Management to assigned customers
• Achieve annual revenue targets and forecast accurately
• Have a strong interest in data and be curious, while coordinating tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance metrics
• Lead in‑depth Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting, QBRs, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to Aristocrat’s customers
• Ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation
• Handle and prioritize operators’ daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions
• Identify and coordinate training requirements
• Support product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective and contribute to decisions concerning continuous improvement of Aristocrat awager product and services, providing input from an overarching commercial strategy perspective
• Represent Aristocrat awager to assigned partners and take ownership
• Regular travel to meet customers will be expected

• Experience in similar iGaming commercial supplier role/s in the iGaming industry (preference in online casino) or similar technology based high‑growth industries, is highly advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role including large account management is highly desirable
• Understand technology/delivery principles at an elevated level
• Experience in data driven decision making and curious to always dig deeper for better insight
