This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 – August 2026. Reporting location: 1200 N Logan Street, Lincoln, IL. Local travel only – no overnights required.

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
• Obtain receipts and signatures as required.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer using forklift or hand truck, safely and efficiently.
• Follow freight handling specifications.
• Actively follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Keep abreast of hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Operate vehicle in a manner that prioritizes safety.
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training to stay current on safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Meet minimum age requirement, as permitted by law.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Hazmat and tanker endorsement required.
• A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and medical requirements.
• Skilled in documenting mileage and service hours in accordance with DOT log regulations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conducting vehicle inspections.
• Safety-first mindset with commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 75 lbs, frequently stoop and bend, and remain seated for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work additional hours to meet business demands.

The hourly rate range for this role in Atlanta, IL is between $23.00 - $24.00. This range is general guidance; actual compensation considers factors such as skill set, experience, licensure and certifications, location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for the annual incentive plan, per program terms. Details will be discussed during the application process.
