General Labor, Forklift Operator

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Employees to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center, which serves both direct‑to‑consumer and direct‑to‑dealer channels. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers and dealers.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packaged securely.
- Ensure all received merchandise is properly recorded and stored in the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of direct‑to‑retail orders.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are loaded securely and safely for transportation.
- Work closely with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and a track record of implementing projects or ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Basic problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work overtime based on business needs.
- Required to work onsite full time in the Morrow, GA site.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience working at BRP.
- Experience using WMS, ERP, or similar systems.
