Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments (FCL/LCL)
- Supervise and mentor export staff
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
- Handle carrier bookings, rates, and customer escalations
- Drive operational efficiency and KPI performance
- 4+ years ocean export experience (freight forwarding)
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of export documentation & compliance
