Air Import Coordinator

The Air Import Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end air import process for our clients, ensuring shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.

• Coordinate and manage air import shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including air waybills, invoices, and packing lists.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with airlines, customs brokers, and other service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth transit.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations and import requirements.
• Monitor cargo schedules and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• 1–3 years of experience in air import coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, air cargo operations, and documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics software is a plus.
