Job Description

Join a rapidly growing team as an ESS Account Specialist focused on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers. This role involves working with Amazon Inbound Transportation to drive innovation in transportation and logistics, consistently evaluating network shipper defects, and driving improvements through coaching and performance management.

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify transportation defect root causes.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct daily business review stand-up calls.

• Experience in account management or customer service.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of transportation, intermodal, and supply chain operations.

• 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or relevant field preferred.
• Basic data analytical skills.
• Experience writing process improvement proposals.
• Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
