We are partnering with a leading, globally recognized freight forwarding organization to appoint an experienced Ocean Import Agent to join their high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a well-established business with a strong reputation for service, stability, and internal progression.

You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced Import department of 45 specialists, contributing your expertise to ensure smooth end-to-end management of ocean import operations.

• Manage the full A-Z ocean import cycle, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Prepare and process all relevant documentation.
• Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any issues.
• Maintain accurate data entry and file management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the import process.

• Demonstrated A-Z ocean import experience within a freight forwarding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Cargo Wise is essential.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, team-focused office environment.
