CDL-A - Dedicated truck driver - National Dedicated Fleet
Dedicated truck driver for Schneider’s National Dedicated Fleet operating out of a single facility.
Home Time: Every three weeks
Experience: Minimum 6 months of CDL experience
Average Pay: $1,290–$1,580 weekly
Responsibilities- Haul dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers.
- Load and unload cargo by hand when required.
- Operate safely during nighttime routes.
- Hourly pay with stay‑out incentives that increase the longer you stay out.
- Guaranteed weekly pay of at least $1,325.
- Weekly performance pay.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time off after 6 months and 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience.
