Delivery Driver (Sprinter/Cargo Van) - Atlanta
Pay starts at $20/hr (up to $22/hr, based on CDL status). Weekly pay. The schedule is four weekdays per week, 10 hour days, 6 am - 4 pm.
Responsibilities- Deliver services to 150‑180 local residential accounts per shift, including behind‑door household pickups and walk‑in office locations. Occasionally deliver compostable goods to office and restaurant customers.
- Collect 4‑gallon bins containing food waste and replace them with clean empty bins; leave the customer location clean and debris‑free.
- At the end of the route, return to the Compost Now warehouse to unload the van.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip safety and vehicle checks, weigh bins, record bin weights, take service notes, and maintain a clean vehicle.
- Comfortable maneuvering large vehicles, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with Compost Now safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements, and local, state, and federal laws. Demonstrate commitment to safety.
- Desire a physically active working environment and willingness to work outside in all elements.
