The Athletics Department at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a Player Relations/Special Assistant to the Head Coach for the Football program.

This person will assist with all planning and logistics of the Football program.
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- The role will manage the head coach and football staff calendar.
- Assist the head coach in developing policies and procedures for the football office.
- Position will manage the onboarding of all football student-athletes which includes admissions requirements, housing arrangements, compliance forms, competition and sports medicine evaluations. This includes the following:
- On and Off Campus Move-in
- Collection of High School Transcripts and ensuring applications are completed to university
- Communication to PSA's admittance to university
- All paperwork upload and processes on Compliance Platform
- Position will serve as the liaison to the Athletics Compliance and Ticket Office for the football program.
- This position handles all communication to player parents & families, high school coach outreach and occasional social media content creation.
Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
