  • Understands how strength training impacts hormones, metabolism, and long-term health.
  • Commands the room with professionalism, empathy, and authority.
  • Wants to grow inside a high-performance studio—not bounce between gyms.

  • Strong foundation in strength training and corrective exercise.
  • Experience working with women preferred (PCOS, post-partum, menopause a plus).
  • Reliable, punctual, and polished in communication and appearance.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Background in women’s health, pre/post-natal, or hormone-focused training.
  • Experience in boutique or private training studios.
  • Ability to retain long-term clients through results and relationships.
Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive pay per session (based on experience).
  • Consistent client demand (no cold prospecting).
  • Growth opportunities within a multi-location brand.
  • Supportive leadership that values structure, boundaries, and excellence.
  • A professional environment where trainers are respected—not overworked.
Schedule

  • Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred.
