[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who is passionate about sharing the [solidcore] brand and workout. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for various tasks that will support the Studio and its success, as well as help [solidcore] grow to become the fastest growing boutique fitness studio. The Head Coach is expected to role‑model all of the qualities of an exceptional coach, lead an average of eleven (11) classes per week, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience that sets the standard for other coaches.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the studio’s lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 11+ classes per week.
  • Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide ongoing development and feedback.
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class fitness and customer service experience consistent with [solidcore] standards.
  • Meet company utilization and retention expectations on both an individual level and for the studio as a whole.
  • Assist the Area Manager with day‑to‑day studio operations.
  • Lead outreach and marketing efforts as needed to scout new clients and build community partnerships.
  • Support new‑coach training with informal/formal feedback and in‑person assistance.
  • Respond to requests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, including class packages, promotions, and apparel.
  • Execute routine operational tasks such as ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs.
  • Keep the studio and equipment clean, functional, and safe at all times.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
What we need from you
  • This is a permanent, non‑exempt, full‑time position with an expected 40 hours per week (including classes coached).
  • Flexible and variable availability, including weekends, holidays, and coach‑training schedules.
  • Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
  • Proficiency in G‑Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to embody the [solidcore] brand and culture as a lead representative of the community.
  • Superior client‑relations and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $50,000.00–55,000.00 per year.
