Job Summary
The General Manager will oversee all operations within the InMotion Wellness Studio. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, profit and loss management, and staff hiring. Daily operations such as sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and ensuring member satisfaction are key focus areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the studio operates in line with the company's philosophy.
- Responsible for the financial success of the studio.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by leadership.
- Achieve daily appointment goals as directed.
- Understand studio goals and projections thoroughly.
- Lead and support staff to ensure success.
- Develop staffing plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience or education in kinesiology or exercise science is preferred.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
- Effective time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
