Coordinator, Ticket Operations

Reporting to the Manager, Ticket Operations, the Coordinator of Ticket Operations will play a crucial role in managing ticketing operations for U.S. Soccer events nationwide. This position will be instrumental in executing their ticketing strategy and overall event operations, serving as a liaison between ticket sales, fan experience, hospitality and event operations. The coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for all internal and external stakeholders, including managing Box Office operations on match days for Senior National Team and other U.S. Soccer events.
