Golf Assistant

Job Summary

As a Top Golf Assistant at the Atlanta Hawks, you’ll oversee the Top Golf Swing Suites during events, ensuring smooth setup, operation, and breakdown of the simulator and equipment, while delivering exceptional customer service to suite ticket holders.

• Monitors and provides guest and system support within assigned Top Golf Swing Suites.
• Demontrates operational knowledge of Top Golf simulator equipment and all games offered, explaining options to guests.
• Inspects the simulator screen and equipment for damage before and after each event.
• Interacts with customers, clients, partners, security, Guest Experience, or other departments to resolve stressful situations quickly.
• Engages professional, friendly manner with eccentric or challenging personalities.
• Ensures facility readiness and client satisfaction while maintaining arena policies.
• Maintains inventory of swing suite‑related equipment.
• Works closely with event operations to find solutions to any issues.
• Monitors operational & technical matters within the Top Golf Swing Suites.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to client satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One to two years of experience in a golf‑related position preferred.
