Position Overview:

We are searching for a dynamic, certified Pilates Instructor to deliver high-energy, low-impact workouts that build core strength, flexibility, and overall stability. Your classes will be integral to our recovery and strength curriculum within Group X.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-structured Pilates classes focused on alignment, posture, and controlled movement.

Engage and motivate members with clear cueing and encouraging coaching.

Modify exercises as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels and injuries.

Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the studio environment.

Collaborate with the team to continuously evolve the Group X experience.

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat preferred).

CPR/AED certified (or ability to obtain).

1+ year experience teaching group Pilates classes.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to delivering high-quality instruction that aligns with Carbon's standards.
