The Storage Analyst will be a part of a Global team that delivers and maintains Storage solutions for Koch Industries. This role will have the opportunity to play a critical part in helping further develop the Storage team at Koch Technologies. The Storage Analyst will report to the Hosting supervisor and will be a part of a team that is the final point of escalation.
This person will work with colleagues to develop and implement innovative Storage solutions. They will be expected to seek out and recommend solutions to automate or streamline tasks.

Location:This role can be located in Wichita, KS / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA and requires an onsite presence 5 days/week.

What You Will Do
- Provide ticket escalation support for operational issues
- Interface with customers to assist in resolving customer issues
- Automate and streamline current and future tasks
- Identify and resolve incorrect server configurations
- Administer patching per customer schedule (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual)
- Provide support as part of the operational queue rotation
- Participate in scrum activities
- Monitor and forecast compute/storage demand
- Provide on-call coverage over some weekends
- Design and Implement solutions for customers
- Working with digital workforce team or developers to bring in automation to regular mundane tasks and eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate hardware break-fix and replacements wherever required.
- Storage administration experience with HPE nimble, 3
PAR, Primera, Alletra MP, Dell Power Store, Qumulo, Dell Unity or equivalent. - Administration experience with server OS (Windows, Redhat, SUSE, VMware or UNIX)
- Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of storage protocols, SAN/NAS (iSCSI or Fibre Channel)
- Cisco MDS or brocade SAN switch administration or equivalent.
- Passion for automation and problem solving
- Experience with Enterprise Storage Software (eg: Primera, Alletra MP, Dell Power Store, Qumulo, Dell Unity)
- Power
BI Reporting - Experience with Storage/San Switches [Brocade or Cisco]
- Experience creating automated processes for storage
- Scripting experience on storage platforms
- Experience with Backup/Recovery tools like Commvault
- Prior Agile experience
- Scripting experience (Powershell or Python)
- Working knowledge on Service Now
