Lead Salesforce Developer

Long-Term W2 contract

Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers to consistently deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.

Establish and maintain development best practices, processes, and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.

Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless communication across platforms.

Drive strategic initiatives to enhance Salesforce s capabilities and efficiency within the organization.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce advancements and propose innovative methods to benefit from new functionalities.

Provide technical leadership and uphold a vision for Salesforce architecture that aligns with overall IT strategy.

Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams and managing large-scale Salesforce projects.

Demonstrated expertise in Apex, the core programming language for Salesforce.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Component Framework and Salesforce Lightning Design System.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security principles, and architectural patterns.

Previous experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining collaboration and team cohesion.

Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent certification is highly recommended.

Lead the technical development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Architect and design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client requirements and industry specifications.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and challenges, implementing solutions promptly to minimize disruptions.

Facilitate code reviews and ensure code quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards are met or exceeded.

Work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and influence organizational strategy regarding Salesforce usage.

Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members and other departments to enhance understanding and usage of Salesforce capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and techniques to drive efficiency and innovation.
