Cohesity offers a web‑scale, hybrid cloud infrastructure for data management. We are looking for Software Engineers who are motivated and passionate, willing to enhance Cohesity’s Products by working on features, tools and scripts that simplify selling, deploying and maintaining. You are not only a Software Engineer who designs and implements features, but also have the knack of diagnosing problems in large bodies of complex code, understanding scalability and performance, and fixing issues with rapid turnaround and high quality.

You will be part of our Product and Sustenance Engineering team, working closely with Product Managers, Customer Support, System Engineers and Customers.

• Design, develop and maintain innovative products for on‑prem and SaaS environments.
• Collaborate with product management and cross‑functional leads on technical and business strategy to shape the future product roadmap for Cohesity’s infinitely scalable platform.
• Implement product features for on‑prem and cloud platforms.
• Drive accountability for test‑driven development, delivery of high‑quality features and resilient enterprise‑class solutions.
• Lead a culture of team ownership, guiding individual and team accountability to continuously improve how they work and achieve results.

• Be in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong coding experience in C++, Golang, Java or Angular/JS.
• 4‑6 years of building and troubleshooting large‑scale distributed systems.
• Fast learner and self‑starter with intellectual horsepower.
• Good analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Problem‑solver who can dive deep to solve complex issues.
• Passion for building quality products with solid testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microservices, SaaS architecture, Cloud‑native services is a plus.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows and support decision making.
