- Bots
- Agent Force (AI Agents)
- Building AI Agents integrated with Data Cloud
- End‑to‑end ownership of data architecture + AI retrieval pipeline
- Scalability of AI systems (handling millions of queries)
- Optimizing data retrieval so agents don’t scan the entire database
- Designing segmentation and robust architecture for performance
- Strong understanding of how Data Cloud + AI Agents work together
- Ability to implement scalable, production‑ready solutions
