• Build and launch full-stack applications rapidly using Python, Go, React, and Type Script
• Integrate AI and automation into your daily work—creating systems that do more with less

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency across the stack; strong backend skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and frontend experience (React, Type Script, Next.js a plus)
• Startup mindset—proactive, independent, and energetic about fast-paced work
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer impact
• Bonus:
  
  Experience with LLMs, AI tools, or prompt engineering
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably from a recognized program
• Equity + up to 90% bonus potential
