Team Lead, Software Development

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join our Software Development team. In this role, you will lead a group of talented developers, driving the creation of innovative solutions for our industry‑specific cloud applications. The Team Lead will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Guide and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize development tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, maintaining high‑quality deliverables and meeting release deadlines.
• Implement and uphold best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation throughout the team.
• Participate in critical architectural decisions and technology selections to support scalable and robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback, promoting growth and learning among team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Foster an agile development environment and facilitate scrum ceremonies for effective project management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Software development experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience delivering complex software projects on time.
