Job DescriptionLead the design, development, and delivery of scalable data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC. Mentor a team of engineers and drive best practices across data pipelines, governance, and Dev Ops.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and lead IDMC-based data integration workflows.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and integration goals.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for IDMC assets using Git, Jenkins.
- Ensure platform stability, agent failover, and secure configurations.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions or applications.
- 8+ years in data engineering, including 3+ years in IDMC (data integration).
- Strong SQL, Power Center, and ETL architecture experience.
- Hands‑on with S3, Snowflake, RDS and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Proven leadership in Agile environments.
- Experience in CI/CD automation and deployment of data integration workflows.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $150,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
