As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of our product evolution, designing scalable systems, driving technical innovation, and mentoring a high-performing team. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to deliver exceptional features, migrate legacy functionality to our modern platform, and ensure our technology meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure .NET-based applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused features.
• Partner with architecture to build robust microservices, APIs, and integrations.
• Champion software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Ensure technical consistency through effective implementation of development processes and guidelines.
• Advocate for non-functional requirements, observability, and maintainable architecture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce improvements to enhance platform performance.
• Maintain compliance with industry security and accounting standards.

• 8+ years of experience building web and SaaS-based applications.
• Proven leadership experience in a SaaS engineering environment.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET
  , Angular and SQL/noSQL databases.
• Strong background in Azure
  , microservices
  , and Dev Ops (including containerization).
• Working knowledge of AI development technologies and secure implementation practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with accounting or financial software is a plus.
• Data-driven approach to monitoring and continuous improvement.
