Role OverviewOur client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to play a critical role in the modernization and ongoing evolution of its enterprise eCommerce platforms
. This position supports large‑scale, business‑critical digital applications and is a key contributor to broader digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on senior engineer with strong experience building modern, cloud‑native web applications specifically (GCP) and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and Dev Ops teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack eCommerce applications using Next.js, React.js, and Java (Spring Boot)
- Lead implementation of complex features across frontend and backend services
- Contribute to architecture decisions with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services supporting enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production support
- Partner with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑focused solutions
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid‑level developers
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and engineering best‑practice initiatives
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Next.js and React.js
- Microservice
- Experience building enterprise‑scale web or eCommerce applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience in cloud‑native environments (
GCP
, AWS and Azure) - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting high‑volume, transactional eCommerce platforms
- Knowledge of application security best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Prior involvement in architecture or technical standardization efforts
