Programmer/Developer Lead - Cloud Native Developer - Spring Boot

As a Cloud Native Spring Boot application developer, you will contribute to the design/development of cloud native applications for large scale enterprise applications. Use new technologies, techniques and patterns, provide proof of concepts use standards and best practices. This role is highly collaborative with other development teams, architects for new project introduction and/or application enhancements. • Collaborate with development teams and architects on new projects and enhancements.
• Contribute to design and development of cloud-native applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Develop proof-of-concepts, apply standards and best practices, and support modernization efforts.

• Must Have: 5+ years of experience in Java stack technologies, Microservices, REST, JSON, XML, Maven/Gradle, and Spring framework tools such as Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, Spring Config; experience with SQL and No
  
  SQL databases (Mongo
  
  DB or Cassandra).
• Must Have:
  Experience creating REST-based microservices and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must Have:
  Experience working with SAFe Agile Scrum, Kanban, XP, or similar Agile frameworks.
• Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

• Required
  
  Skills and Experience:
  
  Proficient in software engineering techniques, architecture, lifecycle and data management. Experience writing software using Java or MS .NET and related tools. Ability to analyze requirements, perform revisions/expansion of existing programs, and document software development processes. Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews; mentor and guide other programmers; ensure adherence to programming and documentation standards. Prepare workflow charts/diagrams and translate into instructions; maintain documentation and perform system analysis and programming tasks.
  
  Coordinate with operators or analysts to resolve problems and assist with unit and system testing.
