• Architect and lead the planning, design and development of new solutions.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and design software solutions.
• Support merging of codebases for multiple project streams and contribute to coding best practices.
• Solve complex and ambitious problems by crafting elegant and impactful solutions.
• Contribute to technical innovations and define coding standards.
• Mentor and support other members of the software development team and promote best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

• Typically 8+ years of hands‑on object‑oriented programming in Java or Python and/or JavaScript (UI) frameworks.

• Understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Software development experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular
  
  JS or React
  
  JS.
• Experience with microservice architecture, end‑to‑end UI/API integration, and knowledge of REST, gRPC, and Graph
  
  QL APIs.
• Experience drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Knowledge of caching technologies and databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, and database schema design.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience building or maintaining cloud‑native applications.
• Experience building large scale platforms handling real‑time complex transactions and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with core AWS services, serverless approaches (AWS Lambda), Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
