Staff Software Engineer – Tri Net

• Architect and lead the planning, design and development of new solutions.
• Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design software solutions.
• Support the merging of code bases for multiple project streams and contribute to coding best practices.
• Solve complex and ambitious problems by crafting elegant and impactful solutions.
• Contribute to technical innovations and define coding standards.
• Mentor and support other members of the software development team and contribute to best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience preferred.

• Typically 8+ years of hands‑on object‑oriented programming in Java or Python and/or JavaScript (UI) frameworks.

• Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular
  
  JS or React
  
  JS.
• Experience with microservice architecture, end‑to‑end UI/API integration, and knowledge of REST, gRPC, and Graph
  
  QL.
• Ability to draft best coding practices and design highly scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Knowledge of caching technologies and DBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB, and ability to design database schemas.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with cloud native applications.
• Experience building large‑scale platforms that handle real‑time complex transactions and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with core AWS services, serverless approaches ("AWS Lambda"), Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA. The salary range for this location is $ to $, based on skills, education, work location and experience.
