Join our team as a Housing Support Case Manager — Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and use your lived experience to provide compassionate, hands‑on support to adults in permanent subsidized housing.

• Help individuals secure and maintain stable housing
• Assist with housing applications, leasing, and move‑in support
• Conduct safety & wellness checks and provide crisis intervention as needed
• Offer case management, skills training, and recovery‑focused support
• Act as the first point of contact for landlords/property owners
• Connect clients with mental health, substance use, and community resources
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation and participate in team meetings

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Specialist (CPS‑MH or CPS‑AD) or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Lived experience with mental health or addiction recovery
• 1 year of experience in behavioral health, case management, or advocacy preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills
• Reliable transportation & valid GA driver’s license

• Community‑based role with in‑person & telehealth services
• Mon — Fri, 8:15 AM — 5 PM (flexible schedule)
• Travel throughout DBHDD Region 3
