Maintenance Supervisor - Property Management/HVAC/Facilities
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Pay: $30-33 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full time plus on-call as part of a 3-person rotation

They are looking for you, an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity where you will lead and oversee all on-site maintenance operations.

What you get to do:

• Lead maintenance staff in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, and appliances.
• Ensure timely and quality repairs of apartments, common areas, and buildings.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure all on-site maintenance functions are carried out effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, following company policies and regulations.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Valid EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general building trades.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and basic tools to perform maintenance tasks.
