This full-time, on-site Heavy Equipment Operator position is based in the Atlanta Metro Area. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment used in site development projects, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Daily responsibilities include completing excavation, utility, and land clearing tasks while ensuring proper equipment operation and maintenance. The individual in this role will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and safe work environment.

• Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and other machinery
• Experience in equipment maintenance and ensuring optimal functionality
• Strong knowledge and experience in excavation and grading practices
• Familiarity with heavy equipment handling and operations in various worksite conditions
• Understanding and proper use of equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to work safely and adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
• Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
