Wallace Electric is currently accepting applications for Industrial & Commercial Electrician II positions. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity – no temp‑to‑hire or contract work.

• Competitive pay: $22‑$32 per hour (based on experience).

• Installs and repairs commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Interprets blueprints, layouts work, troubleshoots complex electrical issues, performs preventative maintenance, and installs equipment.
• Works independently and can train and supervise helpers; communicates clearly with other electricians/contractors.
• Provides detailed documentation and ensures safety and compliance on the jobsite.
• Experienced in wire pulling, voltage colors, panel numbering; efficient in conduit bending and can run over 100 ft of conduit per day.
• Strong understanding of regulatory codes.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment.
• Creates material lists for work.
• Physical capabilities: lifts 50 lb minimum, operates machinery, stands extended periods, works in confined spaces and various weather conditions.
• Problem‑solving and effective communication skills; keen eye for detail; excels at providing exceptional service with owners, clients, and other trades; can lead a team of electricians.

• 7+ years of practical experience or a combination of practical experience and classroom instruction within the commercial and/or industrial sector.
• Completion of vocational/trade/technical school or apprenticeship program such as IEC or similar accredited apprenticeship preferred.
• Electrical License Holder (Class II) is a plus but not required.
