Description: Maintenance Technician role at our Reserve property in Atlanta, GA. Job Level: 1+ years experience recommended. Job Type: Full-time with on-call availability to support residents for emergencies. Pay Range: $23.00/hour.

You will join a team focused on delivering high-quality service to residents, maintaining the physical integrity of the community, and ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. In this role you will be the go-to person to assist residents in emergencies.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
- Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on-call emergencies
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
