Miller Electric is seeking an Entry level Electrical Construction helper with 0-2 years of hands‑on experience in the electrical trade. The ideal candidate is motivated, safety‑conscious, and eager to continue building technical skills under the supervision of journeyman electricians.

• Assist journeyman electricians with the repair, maintenance, installation, and modernization of electrical systems for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install devices, panels, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.
• Support team members by providing accurate measurements, cutting materials, and preparing equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Perform manual labor such as:
  • Manual excavation
  • Bending pipe
  • Pulling wire
  • Lifting 50 pounds
  • Working with hands overhead
  • Using heavy equipment
  • Using power tools

• 0-2 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capacity to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, climbing, standing for long periods).
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience working on commercial projects.
