Position: Commercial and Industrial Electrician I - Wallace Electric

Commercial and Industrial Electrician I – Wallace Electric

Join Wallace Electric as a full‑time, permanent Industrial & Commercial Electrician in the Metro Atlanta area. 5‑7 years of solid electrical experience are required, and you will work on a variety of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Execute specialized electrical tasks: wiring, lighting installations and upgrading electrical infrastructure.
  • Perform wire pulling and conduit bending, installing/conduit run over 100’ per day without assistance.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams and construction drawings with high proficiency.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, testing devices and diagnostic equipment.
  • Apply safety procedures, regulatory codes and industry standards.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure quality and safety.
  • Maintain physical capability: lift at least 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • 5‑7 years of practical electrical experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Completion of vocational/trade/technical school or accredited apprenticeship (e.g., IEC).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system designs, codes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
