Your RoleThis position reports to the Service Manager and is part of our Smart Power division, which delivers energy distribution solutions across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Specializing in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical power systems, including UPS and power distribution units.
- Ensuring reliable operation of infrastructure in data centers, hospitals, and telecommunications facilities.
- Performing service tasks and conducting analysis through remote or on-site activities.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Coordinating materials and ensuring quality standards for service activities.
- Proactively identifying potential equipment failures and recommending corrective actions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology with 4+ years of experience in servicing critical power equipment, or an Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A valid US driver’s license and prior work authorization to work for ABB in the US.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $65,100 to $104,160 annually , based on qualifications and experience.
