• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
