Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician with expertise in conduit bending and low-voltage/data wiring for a construction project at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

Responsibilities
  • Perform conduit bending and installation for various electrical systems, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to schematics and blueprints.
    • Install rigid and flexible conduits for electrical wiring
    • Measure, cut, and bend conduit tubing to fit specific layouts
    • Secure conduits to walls, ceilings, or floors using appropriate fasteners
    • Ensure that installed conduits meet local electrical codes and regulations
  • Install low-voltage wiring for data, communication, security systems, and other specialized applications using hand tools and power tools.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation processes.
  • Utilize electrical testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols during all phases of installation and maintenance.
  • Assist in the construction or renovation of electrical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet all safety regulations.
Skills
  • Extensive experience with conduit bending techniques for both high voltage and low voltage applications.
  • Proven background as an industrial or commercial electrician with hands-on electrical experience on construction sites.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for complex electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with NEC standards, high voltage systems, and renovation projects involving electrical upgrades.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices accurately and safely.
  • Ability to perform low-voltage wiring for data networks, security systems, and communication infrastructure.
