Job Description

Payment Alliance International (PAI) offers ATM portfolio management services and delivers tools and services for ATM portfolio owners & operators. PAI, together with our Vantage business, aims to increase performance while lowering unit costs.

PAI is looking to hire a Field Support Technician in the Eastern US market, prepared to travel extensively within the United States. This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programming, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation. The candidate should be highly motivated, detail oriented, and have experience in one or more areas of ATM service and/or cash operations.

The role is in a fast paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.

Hourly Rate: $25

Must be located in Eastern US by a major airport.

• Make on-site visits to diagnose, repair, or install ATM equipment
• Program ATMs unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
• Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
• Support VTS Branches with cash loading ATMs
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures for carrying / transporting cash
• Evaluate and ensure the location is secure before exiting the armored vehicle
• Load ATMs with appropriate cash on-site
• Engage with customers to ensure high levels of service
• Document activities within the PAI system
• Guard and protect employer assets
• Other field and service work as required

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months experience in electronic or mechanical repair; ATM experience highly preferred
• 21 years of age minimum
• Compliance with local/state firearm laws and ability to obtain any necessary carry license or permit
• Carry an approved firearm while performing ATM Cash Loader duties
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments timely and accurately
• Willingness to travel extensively; 95% or higher travel expectations
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license for the state of residence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays if needed
• Willingness to work alone

• General knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity
• Working knowledge of PAI Reports is a plus

Work is on the road at various locations with potential distractions and continuous movement. Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 250 lbs with assistance. Must be able to see, hear, speak, and listen. Continuous communication with ATM Dispatch and daily contact with management and co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor.
