Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company Inc., aspires to hire a Commercial Gate Installation Technician who is mechanically inclined. The role involves the installation and service of commercial gates and gate hardware. Job seekers with a background in construction labor, electrical work, commercial gates, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job.

Position

Commercial Gate Installation Technician responsibilities include installing and servicing a wide range of commercial gates and gate hardware, while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install and/or repair a wide range of commercial gates and gate hardware.
  • Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
  • Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
  • Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday; with occasional weekend rotation.
Job Requirements
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of industry experience required.
  • Welding experience is a plus.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license.
  • Enjoy the mental challenge of troubleshooting to solve customer needs.
  • Customer service oriented.
