Superior Contracting and Maintenance is hiring hourly 1099 Remodelers to support our Home Ease residential maintenance line. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.

Work includes residential remodel and maintenance tasks such as drywall repairs, light carpentry, fixture installations, troubleshooting, and general home repairs.

• Perform residential remodeling and maintenance work
• Execute work orders with quality craftsmanship and code compliance
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify scope and solutions
• Communicate clearly with the Superior team to ensure timely completion
• Maintain high workmanship and customer service standards
• Update job notes and status in the online vendor portal

• Strong communication skills and professional conduct
• Reliable and punctual with consistent follow through
• Truck, van, or SUV required
• Complete remodel toolset
• Preferred 5 or more years experience
• Ability to lift and transport tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using an online portal
• Must reside in the U.S.

• Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax
• Failure to complete onboarding training
• Poor communication or repeated missed appointments

Eligible contractors may opt into the Contractor Insurance Incentive Program after completing the probationary period. Support is provided toward General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.
