RESPONSIBILITY LEVELPerforms assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES- Demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Able to use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, etc.).
- Basic computer skills required.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Depending on location, the mounting and termination of low‑voltage devices may have special licensing requirements.
- 2 years of experience commissioning electronic and/or mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems.
- Proficient with test equipment and software tools related to commissioning of controls systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuitry as they pertain to HVAC controls and their operation.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24.00-$31.73 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
