Hiring hourly 1099 Handymen to support residential maintenance work under the Home Ease program. This role is perfect for professionals seeking reliable, year-round work with consistent workflow and strong organizational support.

• Perform a wide range of general residential maintenance and repair tasks
• Complete drywall repairs, patching, and basic finishing
• Install and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, lighting, and hardware
• Handle minor carpentry, including trim repairs, door adjustments, and small framing
• Troubleshoot common household issues and provide practical repair solutions
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers on scope, scheduling, and job expectations
• Interact professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers
• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and status updates in the vendor portal

• Professional communication and reliability
• Truck, van, or SUV
• Full handyman toolset
• Preferred 5 or more years experience
• Valid driver’s license
• U.S. residency required

• Inability to provide I9 or W9 with valid Tax
• Failure to complete onboarding training
• Poor communication or repeated missed appointments

Eligible contractors may opt into the Contractor Insurance Incentive Program after completing the probationary period. Support is provided toward General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.
