What You’ll Do

As a (Lead) Service Technician, you’ll lead by example in the field, providing expert installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and retail environments, including supermarkets, warehouses, and other client facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading service projects and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC/R equipment (walk‑in coolers, freezers, display cases, RTUs, etc.).
  • Performing and managing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and reporting.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience (refrigeration strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience may be considered for the Lead Service Tech position.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
  • EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends, evenings, and on‑call rotation).
