• A skilled electrician with at least 3 years of experience.
• 18+ years old
  , with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a physical exam & drug test.
• A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to travel weekly for exciting projects.
• Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
• Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.

• Leading the installation of lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
• Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
• Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
• Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
• Tackling other duties as assigned
