Due to increased customer demand for the One Trust Intelligence Platform, we’re looking to hire a corporate counsel to provide transactional support on commercial contracts. The successful candidate will be part of the Commercial & Product Support team.
Your Mission- Negotiate high volume SaaS contracts through the contract lifecycle to execution
- Handle ad‑hoc legal requests for support from the sales function and other business units
- Understand key IP, commercial, and finance requirements
- Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance, and apply them to business practices
- Drive compliance in day‑to‑day sales activities
- Contribute to the development and refinement of legal team templates, playbooks, and precedents
- Assist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support team
- An excellent communicator and negotiator
- Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to work independently, multi‑task and prioritize your workload
- Able to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization
- Meticulous and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable to change and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Highly organized
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school required
- Member of a State Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of commercial contracts experience
- Privacy, GRC, Third‑Party Risk, AI Governance experience
- High volume commercial transactions experience with a SaaS or other technology company
- Ironclad experience
$116,475 — $ USD
